Stable, String, and Marmalade are all 100% Superwash Merino yarns, the differences are in how the yarns are constructed. Stable Fingering is a 3 ply 100% superwash merino yarn with 450+ yards to each 3.5 ounce skein. The twist is just right -- not too little so your socks will wear well and resist pilling, and not too much so that your yarn isn't energized. The three plies make for a lofty, smushy sock yarn that is smooth, soft, and sproingy.
