We ship primarily via USPS Priority Mail or First Class Mail. We ship on Mondays and Thursdays. Multiple orders placed during one shipping period will be consolidated unless otherwise instructed, and any overages will be refunded after shipping is complete.

Shipping in the US is 5.50 per order -- one to twentyish skeins. For Canada, I use FCM at a rate of 5.50 for the first item and $1 for each additional item. For Mexico and Europe, First Class International Mail Shipping outside USA is 5.95 for first item, add $1 for each additional item. If you are in another country, please allow me to calculate shipping before you select your items. Priority Mail International is available and rates can be found at www.usps.com.

At this time, we generally do not take returns. We do the very best we can to represent our items truly and to calibrate colors correctly, but every computer monitor displays differently. Differences in hand-painted yarns are part of the charm and are the nature of a hand-made product.
