Iron Range is another Minnesota-inspired yarn. I'm a bit homesick. Battleship blue and chestnut, with lighter splashes throughout. It is really, really pretty. Just my sort of thing for a garment.
Soft, supple, and sturdy yarn. Kind of like a hug from your mom. Mom's hug for your feet, or wherever you want to put it. Each 4 ounce skein holds 360+ yards. Takes color like a dream, looks no worse for ripping back, and is an all-around pleasure to knit. Hooray for machine-washable cashmere socks!
